W.D.I. Inspections
We have certified Wood Destroying insect inspectors on staff. If you are a realtor, a potential buyer of seller you might want to have peace of mind knowing there are no hidden Wood Destroying Insect issues; our technicians are trained to look for the hidden signs that Carpenter ants, Powder Post beetles, Termites and other wood destroying insects might present.
Quarterly Pesticide Programs
We can customize a program for any client; commercial or residential. We have many clients who have multiple services; we can combine these services all in a customized program catered to your needs. We will complete these services in 4 quarterly visits. This is beneficial for the client who likes to plan and or budget in advance.
Carpenter Ants
Carpenter Ants are probably the most well-known wood destroying insect in the Northeast. Treating for Carpenter Ants is something we have been specializing in for years. If you are seeing visual signs of Carpenter Ants; live and/or dead ants; frass, sawdust, or noises, please give us a call. Depending on the severity of the infestation you may need a Complete interior/exterior crack and crevice treatment; or possibly just an exterior treatment may do the trick. Once you have a Complete Carpenter Ant Treatment, this would put your home or building under warranty for 1 year. If you continue to do an exterior Carpenter Ant treatment every season, this will keep your home and/or building under warranty each year. This is a benefit to the client because, if the client gets an outbreak or a new nest, which can happen, the client can give us call, and we can treat again if needed, for just the service charge to their area. As an added bonus, the treatment for Carpenter Ants, also works to prevent other unwanted crawling insect from entering your home.
Monthly Service
We also offer a Monthly Service’s; many local businesses and some residentials as well take advantage of this service. The monthly service includes monthly visits/inspections; our technician will stop by each month and inspect the interior for any crawling insects and other pest issues and will treat if needed. Rodent control may or may not be included depending on the client’s needs. Central Exterminating, Inc will provide all materials and labor for these pests during these monthly inspections at set monthly rate. As always, each monthly service can be catered to client their needs. Let us take care of your pest issues, so you can take care of running your business! We do not treat for bed bugs, squirrels, bats, chipmunks etc.
Rodent Baiting Service
Rodent control is generally achieved through exterior baiting. We use locked and secured stations that are child and pet resistant. The bait stations are serviced as necessary to keep a steady control of the rodent population around your building, reducing the likelihood that they will ever enter the building. Don't allow rodents to damage your home with their chewing or to contaminate your home with their droppings or markings. We recommend rodent baiting Tri Annually. This means we will come out to your home and/or business three times annually; Spring, summer, and fall. We will check and rebait the stations as needed keeping track of the activity. Some clients elect to have rodent baiting more and/or less frequently and as always, we will cater to the client’s needs.
TICKS
We offer two programs for tick control. The first is a Synthetic Program. The synthetic program consists of two recommended treatments, one in the spring usually May or June and the second in the late summer to early fall.
The second treatment is an Organic Treatment. The organic treatment usually consists of four recommended treatments, spring, early summer, late summer and again in the fall. The organic treatment is a plant-based product, which has less residual value, therefore, requiring more treatments.
As with all of our Services, we will recommend the number of visits we think necessary for each service to be the most effective, but the client can always decline and/or add a visit at any time.

Stinging Insects
Hornets, Wasps and Bees. Yes, these insects have a very useful purpose of pollinating plants. We always try to avoid treating for them, but sometime situations are life threatening due to allergies from these insects, when this happens give us a call, we can help.
Fleas
Nobody wants these guys around they are a nuisance and can be a health risk for both humans and pets. We can help by doing an interior treatment.
Ticks/Mosquitoes
We do a dual treatment for Mosquitoes & Ticks. Call us for an appointment to have a technician come out and give you a quote
Cluster Flies, Stink Bugs & The Western Conifer Seed Beetle
We can help with all these pests as well. Some clients have recurring treatments annually to prevent them. Spring and/or late summer/early fall treatments can be very beneficial in avoiding these pest infestations.
Other Pest Treatments
We do not treat for Bed Bugs!
